To maximize the protection for investors and to assure investors their funds are being handled with full confidentiality and safety measures against any potential fraud, our organization has set up the following:

• Our entity deals only with selected investors who are referred to us through one of our designated foreign representatives or a person within our Group who, directly or indirectly, knows the investor personally. Each investor will be pre–screened before acceptance.
• Each investor’s funds will be placed in a separate escrow bank account, controlled by the investor and in compliance with the immigration visa requirement.
• A separate operating account shall be established which will be controlled by senior management professionals in our entity. Senior management shall submit monthly operating budget for investor’s approval before funds can be transferred from investor’s escrow account to the operating account.
• Most of the professionals in our Group holds U.S. professional licenses and they are required by the government to attend annual mandatory continued education classes, update on current U.S. laws, and have to go through strict background criminal check. All our professionals are reputable ones, carefully selected, with twenty or more years of experience in his/her field.
